For damaged or incorrect products, include photographs where reasonably possible.

We aim to acknowledge and respond to customer requests within a reasonable period. Response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, and high-volume periods.

Do not send card numbers, card-security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
