What does the Moonphase Smart Ring track?

The Moonphase Smart Ring tracks your sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, and daily activity, including steps, distance and calories. It also supports cycle tracking in the app.

The Moonphase Smart Ring is designed for general wellness and lifestyle tracking. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How does cycle tracking work?

Cycle tracking is a calendar feature in the app. Enter how long your period lasts, your cycle length and the start date of your last period, and the app will estimate your upcoming periods and ovulation window.

To see it, set your profile to Female in the app.

Predictions are estimates based on the information you enter. They are for general awareness only and should not be used as a method of contraception.

Can I wear it in water?

Yes, for everyday use. The ring is water-resistant, so hand washing, rain and showers are fine. We recommend taking it off before swimming, diving, saunas or hot tubs.

To clean it, wipe the ring with a soft, dry cloth and keep the sensors on the inside clean for accurate readings. Keep the charging case dry.

Is it easy to set up?

Yes. Remove the protective film and place the ring in its charging case to switch it on. Then download the app for iPhone or Android and pair the ring via Bluetooth. Step-by-step instructions are included in the box.

The app is free, with no subscription required.

For more accurate readings, wear the ring on your index, middle or ring finger, with the sensors on the inside of your finger.

Which size should I choose?

The Moonphase Smart Ring is available in US sizes 7 to 13 (UK O to Z+1). Before ordering, check the Size Chart on this page to find your size.

The ring should feel snug but comfortable, so it stays in place and the sensors keep contact with your skin.
